Brad Aldrich

Brad is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and trauma-informed coach who brings decades of experience walking with people through the complexities of relationships, faith, identity, and healing. Having served in ministry and pastoral roles for the past 18 years, Brad has seen firsthand evangelicalism’s positives and destructive negatives. He is passionate about seeing Jesus’ love actually be reflected in the lives of those who love him. Currently, through Aldrich Ministries, Brad leads a group of experienced coaches who work with individuals and couples worldwide, navigating everything from relationship challenges, spiritual deconstruction, to sexual brokenness and identity restoration. Many of the coaches on the team have trained under voices like Dan Allender, Jay Stringer, and others, shaping the conversation around narrative trauma and story work.

Brad lives with his wife of 25+ years in Central Pennsylvania. They have four young adult kids rapidly launching into the larger world, each on their own journeys of faith.
