GRACE REPORT
At The New Evangelicals, we remain deeply committed to transparency and accountability. In response to the GRACE report, we have been actively implementing the recommendations and taking concrete steps to create a stronger organization, leadership, and community.
Below, you’ll find an update on our progress and the actions we’ve taken so far. This work is ongoing—and we are committed to a better path forward.
Diversifying TNE's Board of Directors
On June 1st, 2025, we onboarded 5 new board members all listed on our MEET THE TEAM page.
Diversifying TNE's Leadership Team
On July 1st, 2025, Malynda Hale stepped into the role of Executive Director, expanding our executive team to create a meaningful sharing of power and decision-making responsibilities.
Policy and Procedure Development
Creation of new systems and procedures were completed in December 2025, helping to effectively communicate expectations and offer team members a clear path to address any concerns.
Leadership Training
The leadership team participated in training offered by the Radical Candor group in December 2025.
