Tim Whitaker
Founder & Creative Director
Tim grew up deeply rooted in evangelical spaces, but his questions and study eventually led to his exclusion from the church community he once called home. Now, he’s committed to uncovering the truth, amplifying marginalized voices, and holding toxic church systems accountable in pursuit of a more honest and expansive faith.
Alden
Digital Media Manager
Alden brings experience in music, design, and corporate operations to TNE. After journeying out of evangelical worship spaces, he developed a commitment to helping others reimagine faith. He channels that passion into building digital strategies and storytelling rooted in empathy, justice, and belonging.
Stephen
TNE Connect Community Director
After navigating exclusion from several church communities, Stephen’s deconstruction journey led him to reimagine life beyond traditional evangelicalism. Those experiences shaped his passion for helping others ask honest questions, find meaningful resources, and feel fully welcomed as they explore faith and belonging.
April Ajoy

April is a content creator and podcast host who uses humor to challenge the harmful aspects of American Evangelicalism and Christian Nationalism. Drawing from her firsthand experience in conservative media, she now advocates for a more inclusive faith and has been featured on outlets like CNN and BuzzFeed.
