Deirdre serves as the Operations Director for Be The Change Youth Initiative, a Chattanooga-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and advocating for mental health through meaningful community transformation. She is passionate about community organizing at the grassroots level and equipping youth to be agents of change.

Deirdre and her husband, Jamie, have four children. She is an avid reader and freelance writer with a deep love for strong coffee, good food, and live music. She’s excited to put her community advocacy and organizing skills to use during her tenure with TNE.
