Rebecca splits her time between Iowa and California. By day she is an executive in the energy industry where she leads global product development, market intelligence, and strategic business partnerships for a multinational organization – she gets to travel all over the world! She has an extensive background in executive leadership, cross-cultural operations, and she brings a holistic, people centered perspective to business, nonprofits, and wherever else she finds herself. Her expertise in leadership is backed by a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership along with over a decade leading and coaching high level teams and nonprofits.

In her personal life, Rebecca and her partner Andrew have a reconstructed family, after her long stint of single-motherhood to her three children (two of whom she successfully raised to adulthood!) She is incredibly passionate about justice and social impact – which makes sense for an Enneagram 8! Rebecca will be starting her Doctoral program in Social Transformation at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities in September, where she hopes to use her experiences navigating atypical family life in the church to change the landscape of how we talk about families and what it means to build care, community, and connection.
